By submitting this electronic order you agree to take delivery of the order and pay for it within the designate time frame as outlined in your agreement with Ace. Refusal of delivery will result in a $500.00 freight/order cancellation charge to your account. Minimum freight charges will apply to less than full truck load quantities or split deliveries. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched within 8 hours. Should you find an error in the order or not receive the email, please contact your Territory Manager immediately. Ace reserves the right to adjust quantities to fit the compartments of hauling equipment.
